In celebration of the 28th anniversary of PHASE 1 GROUP in Japan, we launched our latest subsidiary base in the Philippines. Our vision for the future is to unify businesses through our advanced IT skills and unique PHASE 1 style. We believe that the fusion of Japanese and Filipino culture will create the best combination of great minds. A Message From Our CEO

After joining Phase One, I have been experiencing a series of development, package sales, infrastructure construction, project management, and system construction, starting with open application development for 15 years. Using that know-how, we always face optimal solutions by facing customer's challenges and grasping essence.

In addition, we have set up our own evaluation criteria (P score) based on our philosophy and culture since our foundation and have prepared a training curriculum to increase the existence value in the IT market. This evaluation standard also applies to Phase One / Philippines (overseas offshore base) of our subsidiary, and has established a certain brand worldwide.
